Namaste! a bit about me:
I’ve been an instructor since 2011. I believe in living a life full of joy & gratitude. These feelings guide my teaching and practice, which is focused on helping my students to better connect with themselves and with their surroundings.
My goal is to increase awareness about the benefits of Yoga in all spheres of life. There needs to be a shift in understanding how Yoga brings in positive changes not only physically, but mentally, emotionally & also spiritually. I offer classes & private sessions, as well as nutritional advice to help my clients achieve healthier bodies and minds.
